Before washing machines, women devoted entire days to doing household laundry. From making soap to mending clothes, come join our costumed interpreters in action and find out why this process took so long. FREE. All ages welcome. Drop-in.

Need to get out some energy? Music & Movement is hanging out at the Museum! Rock and roll with us to a 30-minute playlist that builds social and motor skills while making new friends in Little Red Schoolhouse with Miss April. Walk to the Store Day
Partners: Greater High Point Food Alliance
When: Friday, July 18th at 9:00 am
Description: This event offers community leaders the opportunity to experience firsthand what many of our neighbors face daily and to serve as a catalyst for conversations about how we can enhance access to healthy food for all our community members.
The walk will begin at West End Ministries (903 W. English Road) and end at Food Lion (2200 Westchester). Shuttles will be provided back to West End Ministries.
