Partners Ending Homelessness

Partners Ending Homelessness (PEH) is a non-profit that aims to foster a collaborative network of community partners across Guilford County with the goal of ending individual and family homelessness. PEH works to connect local, state, and federal partners, support a system of care through data collection and reporting, training, and performance improvement, and advocate for solutions to end homelessness.

The Salvation Army of Greater High Point - Center of Hope Family Shelter

Tiny Houses Community Development

The THCD works to build tiny homes across the Triad area in an effort to provide safe, affordable, and permanent housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. THCD will work with local non-profit housing organizations to qualify potential residents for their tiny homes. Potential residents will be assessed based on their income and current situation.

West End Ministries - Women's Winter Shelter

The Women's Winter Shelter provide a safe place to sleep for women, 18 years and older, without dependents.  Nutrition and case management are also provided.  The shelter operates from December 1st through April 1st.

Youth Focus - HEARTH

The YWCA Greensboro Emergency Family Shelter program provides shelter, food, case management, and holistic support for families experiencing homelessness.
